Confirmation: Confirmation of booking to be received by email with contact name and email address.

Non-Solicitation of Models: The Client agrees that during the term of this Agreement and for a period of 6 months following the termination or expiration of this Agreement, the Client shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit, engage, or contract with any model represented by Walker Utopia without the prior written consent of Walker Utopia.

Fee for Direct Engagement: In the event that the Client engages a model represented by Walker Utopia without the Agency’s prior written consent, the Client agrees to pay Walker Utopia a fee equivalent to 20% of the total compensation paid to the model for such engagement and for such future engagements for a period of 6 months.

Confidentiality: The Client acknowledges that the identities and contact details of the models represented by Walker Utopia are confidential and proprietary information. The Client agrees not to disclose such information to any third party without the prior written consent of Walker Utopia.

Remedies: The Client acknowledges that any breach of this clause may result in irreparable harm to Walker Utopia, for which monetary damages may not be an adequate remedy. Accordingly, Walker Utopia shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief, in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity, to enforce the terms of this clause.

VAT: We add VAT @ 20% to all invoices. 

Payment Terms: Our terms of payment on invoices are 30 days net. We reserve the right to charge statutory interest on late payment of invoices after this equivalent to the Bank of England Base rate at that time.

Charging: The booking fee is chargeable by the hour (3 hours minimum) or on a day or half day rate (4 or 8 hours) as agreed on booking. Any part hour is chargeable at an hourly rate.

Work Outside of Working Hours: Hourly rates may increase if booking falls out of normal working hours (9am – 6pm ) plus Bank Holidays & Weekends.

Travel Expenses: Travel time may sometimes be applicable, plus Travel Expenses. Please discuss at time of booking.

Other types of work: Hourly Rates for work other than fittings will be charged at a separate rate. Please ensure you are clear at the time of enquiry and subsequent booking. I.e. Fittings, Presentations, Shows, Photographic.

Specific Requirements: If you require the model to bring specific items/clothes/accessories, please state at time of booking.

Overnight stays: If a model is making an overnight stay on your company’s behalf, all accommodation & per diems on a daily rate must be paid.

Cancellation: Cancellation of a booking must be made by e-mail at least 48 hours before the start of the booking (excluding weekends and public Holidays). If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the starting time, the full fee will be charged unless the same model is re-booked within 24 hours in which case half the fee will be charged.
